I experienced the reverse going out of my transmission and taking all but 1st gear with it. I had it repaired at a transmission specialist. Graff reimbursed me of what GM would have done. Came in to start the ball rolling on a new lease. I needed a new salesman as my old salesman had left. I’d had the power steering go out in my Chevy Malibu, which was scary. Not happy with that. I took the car to Graff and they had a hard time getting the part they needed to replace (power steering modulator), so they didn’t get it done the day I took it in. On my way to work the next morning, they called to tell me the car was ready to be picked up! Someone fixed it the evening before. Brian told me he know I would need to get a parking pass for the day with the loaner car and he didn’t want me to have to do that. I was thrilled and impressed with his thoughtfulness. I was able to drop the loaner off and pick up my car before work. I am still not happy about the power steering, which now lingers in my head as I drive and I wonder if it will happen again. But the way the dealership dealt with my service was very satisfactory.

I made the reservation online, which was super easy. And once I was there, the work was done quickly and efficiently while I waited in the nice, clean customer waiting room. The person who helped me also told me about recommended services based on mileage, but did not try to upsell anything. I appreciated that. Salesman was very polite and relaxed, he offered us a bottle of water and a soda too drink. He and the sales manager went over all of the pricing and numbers to be sure I understood everything, and they stayed late, even after the normal store hours, to complete the deal, same with the parts dept, I bought a couple sets of floor mats and the parts guys waited for me to get processed through and by the time I back to them out was past quitting times but they stayed to help me out.

Service at Graff is absolutely premium. They understand the importance of the vehicle to the owner. They go the extra mile to check the car over for any issues that are present that the owner is not aware of and they offer a solution and a price estimate while the vehicle is in their shop. Even the Graff Collision Center is top notch and works with insurance companies and you to repair your vehicle correctly and in a timely manner, keeping the customer appraised of their progress.

The staff was very friendly and organized. My car was brought in immediately while I was checking in. The waiting room for the shuttle is very nice - they provide complimentary fresh fruit, donuts, coffee, and popcorn available to you while you wait. The courtesy driver was super nice. My car repairs were finished within two hours, and the dealership delivered my car to me at work free of charge. You get treated like royalty at Graff!!!

On Thursday, May 19th, we went to Graff Chevrolet to get the oil changed on our ’09 Saturn, and came out four hours later with a 2016 Chevy Trax! We had been thinking about a new car and after driving the Trax and talking to Wyatt Earp, who helped immensely in our decision with his efforts to explain it and cut down the price without being “pushy”, we made our decision. So far we are very happy with our car and would highly recommend working with Wyatt if you are thinking of buying a new car!

Russel Smith at Graff Cheverolet is a MUST for your next car buying experience. We told him what we were looking for. It wasn't on their lot, but he went on the hunt and found it at another dealer and brought it to us. He didn't "wheel and deal" us and gave us the best price right out of the shoot. Which happened to be the best price out of the 4 dealerships we went to. He walked us through the vehicle showing us how everything worked and set up the OnStar with us. Yes I know that we could learn and do that all ourselves---but that my friends, is customers service in sales at its finest. Plus he is hysterical. He also walked us around to each department and introduced us to the heads of each so we would know who to contact if needed. Just a great experience!

Service writer (Tom) was awesome. Greeted me with a smile, Took the time to listen to my description of problem and made sure I had all questions or concerns documented. Service Technician was able to diagnose and correct the "buzz" noise I was hearing. Car was returned to me fairly quickly, as clean as it was when I came in. Customer waiting room is awesome. I have always enjoyed great customer service from the dealership, but this time was even more important. I called at 7:30 on Monday morning, desperately needing to get my car in for service after the check engine light came on over the weekend and I could hear a fan running too loudly. Having a funeral for my grandmother on Tuesday (and lots of running around/planning on Monday), I could not be without a working vehicle. Tom Vlassis took my call and within an hour I was at the dealership and driving off in a rental/loaner for as long as it would have taken them to diagnose and fix the issue. They were able to do both the same day, as well as complete an oil change which I requested (since I was only a week or two away from needing it). By 6pm the same day, I was back at the dealership to pick up my car, and all repairs were covered under the extended warranty I had purchased. My only charge was for the oil change. Tom and the rest of the friendly staff made my life so much easier with their wonderful customer service after a very long and stressful week. I am so very grateful and will surely continue to recommend Graff Chevrolet to family and friends for their new/used car buying or service needs.

My new Colorado truck had a major failure at just 700 miles on the odometer so I was not a happy camper going in. Service advisor Brian Vanden Akker took me under his wing and saw the whole ordeal through which took almost two weeks to get my truck back. None of the wait was the dealership's fault. Brain had a lot of behind the scenes help from Matt Cozik, Greg Jenca and Matt Sloan. These guys handled the unfortunate situation as good as could be expected and I have been a loyal customer because of these experiences.

My feet hit the floor at 4:00am, worked all day, then rushed over the Graff for my oil change - I did not have an appt. It was after 4:00pm and the rest of this month is totally booked with meetings, appointments, etc. I took a chance and I’m glad that I did. Kevin allowed my visit because I said I would wait, no matter how long the wait would be. Kevin stated that my wait would probably be an hour and a half. Well I settled in for the great-wait, but it didn't seem like it took that long after all. Kevin acted like a pro and made me feel like a valued customer. He demonstrated how Graff employees should stand behind the name and the brand that is advertised to the public. I was totally satisfied! Go Kevin... and Go BLUE!!!
